Please note that those on OxygenOS Open Beta 10 will need to flash or sideload this ROM/OTA. Dirty flash is possible from Open Beta 10 to OxygenOS 4.0 stable.

Development on OxygenOS 4 for the OnePlus 3 had been going on for quite some time. Those enrolled with in the OxygenOS Open Beta programme will be quite familiar with the new update as there were 10 OxygenOS 4 beta updates before this official release.
